2. Energy. What kind of effort can you reliably bring? Written tasks, learning, self-work, service in your real life? State what’s realistic, not what sounds grand.
3. Resources. Without numbers, state your relationship to investing in yourself: do you chronically under-invest, or are you willing to put resources behind what you claim you want?
